Yes, we ship to most international destinations such as New Zealand, the United States, and Canada. We use Australia Post to handle international shipments when transferring local packages to international carriers (such as USPS and Canada Post). Please be advised that there is almost always a delay in the current climate when the goods are handed over to the airlines for international delivery. This is completely normal and beyond our control. If you would like to confirm whether we ship to your country, contact our friendly team at 1300 406 210 and select option 2 for more details regarding international shipments.

You can absolutely change your delivery address with us! Call us as soon as possible on 1300 406 210 and select option 2 when provided the prompts to change your delivery address. If the address provided does not exist, it is more than likely already corrected by one of our friendly staff members. You can always email us by replying to the order confirmation email for validation.

Yes, we absolutely do! So long as the items you have purchased on our website is in-stock and ready for dispatch. We primarily use Australia Post as our courier, and they are able to send your package to the local post office, PO-Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Just remember to format the delivery address correctly at checkout so we can avoid any grammatical issues for transit.

In-stock orders that are made on our website almost always are dispatched within 24 hours on a weekday when they are received. This means if you order on a Monday, it’ll likely always go on a Tuesday. If you order from Friday through to Sunday, these are grouped together and processed on a Monday. Please allow up to three working days for dispatch to allow for any higher-than-average order loads (or to account for staff shortages due to COVID-19).

Most of the time, in-stock orders cannot be cancelled or modified. This is because the team packing orders are separate from the team handling the support emails and phone calls. Our first priority is to get orders out of the door as soon as possible, and for this, we ask that you choose carefully before checkout. We will always email you to inform you of whether we are able to or not.
