Do I need to get an Alfa Romeo charger installed at my home?
It is recommended that you have a charger installed at a place of frequent stopping, like your home or work. Whilst it is not needed, we recommend doing so to avoid waiting for long periods of time. A home or work Alfa Romeo charger will allow your vehicle to conveniently charge whilst you are asleep or whilst you are at work.
Will I still need to purchase petrol?
This is dependent on whether you purchase a fully battery-operated vehicle (BEV) or a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV). A PHEV is an advanced vehicle that uses either an electric motor or an internal combustion engine (ICE) to power the vehicle. A PHEV still operates using an IC engine, which means it will still need petrol. PHEVs have a low fuel consumption rate when compared to regular IC engine vehicles. BEVs such as the Audi e-tron Quattro 55, do not require petrol as this vehicle is solely battery operated.
