Two Ways to Save

The Home Energy Saver Program offers two types of financial assistance depending on your eligibility.

Zero-Interest Loan

Application are open now for eligible homeowners and landlords.

  • Borrow up to $15,000
  • 0% interest
  • Repay over up to 10 years
  • Available for a range of eligible energy-efficient upgrades, including Level 2 EV chargers
Upfront discount

Discount application will open soon for eligible households.

  • Receive up to $4,000 towards eligible upgrades
  • Available for lower-income households and eligible concession card holders
  • Can be combined with the zero-interest loan where eligible

If you’re eligible for both, the NSW Government recommends applying for the discount first before financing the remaining balance through the loan.
