EVSE Australia have partnered with Schwartz Family Co to electrify the 14 hotels currently owned by Schwartz Family Co. The project included over 30 EV charging stations installed with Ocular hardware and Exploren software.
Incorporating hardware, software, design and installation, the project was delivered on budget and on time. Utilising experienced electrical engineering teams, EVSE ensured specifications of site infrastructure, installation and hardware were capable to fit within the electrical infrastructure of the building and adhered to Australian standards to ensure correct & safe operation.
The installation included a mix of Ocular IQ Commercials and Ocular IQ Wallboxes. This network of chargers, provide by EVSE are backed by Exploren’s trusted and reliable software that enables the hotel group to easily adjust tariff rates and bill users based on charging duration. The app is also simple for hotel guests to use.

With the support of the WA Charge Up grant, Timothee Resort selected EVSE as their preferred charging partner. A tailored approach was essential, so the EVSE team conducted a thorough assessment of the resort’s electrical infrastructure and solar capabilities. They then provided a customised solution that maximised the number of chargers without overwhelming the power supply.
The installation of an Ocular Dual Tower by EVSE allows two vehicles to charge simultaneously, making it an ideal choice for eco-conscious guests looking for a place to stay and recharge. Along with the future-proof hardware, EVSE also provided their Exploren software, ensuring a comprehensive and advanced charging solution.
