EVSE Modern Slavery Policy

1. Introduction
EVE Australia Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “EVE Australia” or the “Company”) is committed to preventing and eradicating modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms. This policy outlines EVE Australia’s commitment to addressing and preventing modern slavery in its operations and supply chain.

2. Policy Statement
EVE Australia is committed to ensuring that modern slavery does not take place within its business operations or supply chain. We are dedicated to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery and human trafficking are not present within our organization.

3. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners associated with EVE Australia, including all subsidiaries and affiliates. It encompasses all aspects of the Company’s operations and supply chain, both domestic and international.

4. Definitions

EVE Australia commits to the following:

6. Implementation
The responsibility for implementing this policy rests with EVE Australia’s senior management. Each employee, contractor, and supplier is expected to support and adhere to this policy. Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action or termination of business relationships.
