IQ Home Solar Competition terms and conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

Introduction
By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. This competition is conducted by EVE Australia PTY LTD.

Eligibility to Enter
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of EVE Australia PTY LTD and their immediate families or associates are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must scan the QR code provided at the event and complete the entry form with accurate contact details.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Entries must be received by 11:59 PM (AEST) on 21 May 2025.

The Prize
The prize consists of 1 x Ocular IQ Home Solar 7kW EV Charger with 5m cable, valued at AUD $1,399.

Standard installation is included as part of the prize, anything beyond standard installation will incur a fee.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

Winner Announcement
Only one winner will be selected at random and notified via the email address provided on the date of draw, 26 May 2025. EVE Australia PTY LTD will make up to two attempts to contact the winner by email.

If the winner does not respond within three (3) weeks of the draw date, they will forfeit the prize and a redraw will be conducted.
