How does maintenance work?
Once you choose our maintenance agreement, you can relax knowing that everything is taken care of. Our expert team will coordinate with your site contractor to schedule maintenance each year, ensuring your chargers stays in top condition. During the visits, a certified electrician will carry out a thorough inspection and send a detailed report to EVSE.
You’ll receive a personalised maintenance report, highlighting the test results and if any issues arise, we’ll include clear steps and actions to take, putting you in control of how to proceed.
What is included in maintenance?
Before getting started, the technicians will isolate the unit and verify the unit is off using a voltage test before opening it up. Then there are four tests.

- RCD testing
Reporting and Implementation Updates:
