How does maintenance work?
Once you choose our maintenance agreement and settle the invoice, you can relax knowing that everything is taken care of. Our expert team will coordinate with your site contractor to schedule maintenance each year, ensuring your chargers stays in top condition. During the visits, a certified electrician will carry out a thorough inspection and send a detailed report to EVSE.
From there, we’ll create a personalised maintenance report just for you, highlighting the test results. If any issues or recommendations arise, we’ll include them with clear steps for you to take, putting you in control of how to proceed. With us, your charger is in safe hands, giving you peace of mind year after year.
What is included in maintenance?
Our comprehensive maintenance package encompasses a range of meticulous tests and inspections to ensure the continued flawless functioning of your chargers. These include:
